For those of us that are gadget mad today marks an important day. The release of the latest version of the iPhone firmware, version 3.0. This release brings some eagerly awaited features to the iPhone; copy and pasting of text between applications, landscape keyboard for text messaging and the ability to send and receive MMS, just a few of the features this release brings to the iPhone. I’ve had my iMac for near on a year now and my Mac Book Pro for about 8 months and I have to say I’m still pretty impressed with it. I like the fact that it’s easy to use and everything pretty much just works with it. I plug in my iPod my iMac opens iTunes, same when I plug in my iPhone. That’s not to say I hate Windows and all things Microsoft. I am by no means an Apple fan boy. I like both operating systems and feel they both have a place in the world. There are lots of ways I feel Windows could do with emulating how Mac Os does things. I’m not going to debate the differences, the pros and the cons. God knows there are enough sites and forums out there where flame wars between the two sets of users are in full swing. There is one thing on my Mac I am really not impressed with, that’s the Might Mouse. Continue reading »
